As a certified coach and consultant specializing in creativity and innovation within change processes, I deliver solution-driven coaching, workshops, and seminars infused with passion, empathy, and "out-of-the-box" thinking.
With over 25 years of experience as a communication scientist, visual artist, and creative director in an advertising agency, I don't just understand but actively embody creative thinking, communication, and action.
My primary goal is to surmount challenges like rational and routine thinking, dismantling barriers, fearlessly tackling unforeseen obstacles, and transforming motivational lows into peaks.
Embracing a resource-activating approach in coaching, I collaborate with you to discover your personal opportunities and solutions.
I don't offer an "one-fits-all" concept. During a personal consultation, we determine which type of intervention is best suited to your individual goals. After clarifying the assignment, you will receive a customized offer from me, tailored precisely to your challenges. Creativity is the key to unlocking freedom of choice. By approaching challenges from diverse perspectives, crafting alternative solutions, and creatively experimenting with them, we generate options. Without options, decision-making is limited, as there is no room for choice.
